Peter Esteves :    DIRECTOR, D.O.P., PRODUCER, EDITOR

For 12 years, Peter has been working behind the lens. His broadcast work has been viewed on major networks worldwide including Discovery Channel, National Geographic, The Movie Network, W Network, Outdoor Life Network, PBS, Travel + Leisure amongst others. Peter has filmed and directed adventure, culture and travel all over the world including documentary, full length features, television series (documentary, factual, travel, docu-soap), and advertising. Most recently you will see Peter’s work as a Director on the full length feature “Shaun Majumder, Every Word is Absolutely True”, and D.O.P. and Cinematographer on multiple television series’ including “Majumder Manor”, “The Aviators”, and “Beyond Survival with Les Stroud.” “Beyond Survival” saw Peter capturing vanishing tribal cultures in South Africa, Namibia, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Borneo, Indonesia, Madagascar, The High Arctic and Peru. His ability to capture the beauty and honesty in every day moments, and share them, with his creative vision behind the lens are what makes Peter an invaluable asset to any production. His success and love for the art of film are evident in each and every film and television endeavour.

Melissa McLean :  PRODUCER, DIRECTOR, CASTING SPECIALIST

Cutting her teeth in advertising, marketing and design, Melissa was quickly ear-marked for television. At the tender age of 23 Melissa was already producing and over-seeing multi-million dollar media campaigns which included full television ads from the pre-production stage right to post-production and deliverables. As a freelance producer and director and lifestyle casting specialist,  Melissa’s work has ranged from advertising, fashion, travel, music videos, promotional spots, not-for profit, commercials and television series’. She is a creative force and will always find a solution. She has produced and cast some of Canada’s most challenging reality and lifestyle series. Most recently Melissa has produced “What’s for Sale? With a View”, story produced and was a creator for “Taste of the Country”, casting producer for “My Retreat”, producing and directing a commercial for “Daily Bread Food Bank”, “Be Water Smart” PSA campaign Ontario, “Kawartha Land Trust” PSA campaign, and is developing two new web series one about conscious family travel and a children’s comedic nature show.
